Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to or using the DevAgent software and cloud automation platform.
1. Merchant of Record Disclosure (Mandatory)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By purchasing a license or subscription through our checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing directly from Paddle.com Market Ltd or its affiliates, subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of the Service
DevAgent Platform, operated by BDTR.NET International, SLU ("Company", "we", "us"), provides software engineering automation tools, CLI developer environments, multimodal architecture analysis, and cloud deployment orchestration (the "Service").
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Access to premium features, high-frequency execution limits, and multi-model fallbacks requires an active subscription.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- Digital Delivery: License keys, API tokens, and access instructions are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your customer billing portal or by contacting support. New subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. For detailed instructions on submitting a refund request, please review our Refund Policy.
5. User Obligations and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their license keys, local environment credentials, and account tokens. You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse API rate limits, or use the Service for malicious activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and interfaces remain the exclusive property of BDTR.NET International, SLU Code and applications generated by users through our tool remain 100% owned by the user.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDTR.NET International, SLU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
